ORDERING

Do you offer custom sizes?

At And So To Bed, we take great pride in offering a fully bespoke solution to our customers.

As well as standard sizes, we offer a range of luxury linen, beds and mattresses on 6ft 6 Emperor size or 7ft Large Emperor sized beds. Other custom sizes are available and can be made to order based on your requirements. Please contact us to discuss in more detail.

Can I use a fabric I have sourced elsewhere for my order?

Yes you can, subject to the fabric meeting UK fire retardancy regulations. The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (amended 1989 and 1993) are UK law and are designed to ensure that upholstery components and composites used for furniture supplied in the UK meet specified ignition resistance levels.

Do you offer sales, promotions or discount codes?

Throughout the year And So To Bed provide offers and discounts on various products we sell from the world's leading bed brands. Can I purchase using finance?

We offer Interest Free Finance options in our showrooms and online.

Our simple online finance option allows you to spread the cost of your order selecting options between 6 - 24 months (example below):

All you need to do is:

  1. Spend a minimum £3,000 and above
  2. Place a 33% deposit
  3. Minimum finance amount after deposit £2,000 and above

DELIVERY

How will I know if my bed will fit in my home?

We recommend measuring the space before placing the order. Check if there are any access constraints or obstacles that our delivery team would need to be made aware of. We can always arrange to visit your home and check that there is ample space for your new bed to be delivered to.

Can I assemble my bed myself?

Yes you can, however if you wish for the stress and time to be taken away from you, we offer a hassle-free service to assemble the bed for you.

How does the delivery work?

Once you have placed your order with us, we will process your order as soon as possible. If your items are to be delivered by And So To Bed, our logistics department will contact you to arrange a delivery date. On the morning of the delivery date, you will receive a call from us with an estimated time of arrival to your property.

Please note that if your order value exceeds £1,000 and a deposit of 50% was paid at checkout, the remaining balance will have to be cleared before delivery takes place. Please note cleared funds are required before the delivery date, otherwise the delivery will have to be cancelled and rearranged for a latter date.

Small items such as linen, mattress topper or other accesories will be sent by courier.

Leadtimes will apply to items that are not in stock, and these are shown in your basket once you have made your selection. The timescale varies from product to product, but typically the following rules apply (all leadtimes are approximate):

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

Free returns on our products is a service we pride ourselves on. Get in touch to arrange a free return / collection within 14 days, or free exchange with 28 days. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on items sold from Ex-display, Clearance, or non-stock items ordered specifically for the customer.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

If the item arrives damaged or as undescribed, please contact us immediately and we can investigate this for you.

How long will it take to get a refund?

If you have requested a refund and are due a balance back to you, please allow 3 - 5 working days for this to be processed.
