Delivery & Collection

Delivery Information

Goods are delivered by the Company at a pre-notified delivery charge to the delivery address stated on the order. Any subsequent change of address may incur an additional delivery charge. Goods will be assembled where appropriate.

Responsibility for goods, once ordered, will rest with the Customer who must ensure that the goods will fit through relevant door and passageways.

On delivery, the Customer must ensure that all obstructions are removed, and that valuables are safeguarded against accidental damage.

The Company will not be held responsible for removing furniture or other items from any room into which the goods are delivered.

Free Click & Collect

Product is available from our St Albans Showroom and Clearance Outlet for your collection.

Available on all qualifying products. Please make sure you have necessarily transportation to pick up larger furniture items if necessary.

Delivery By Courier

Delivery time (if in stock): approx. 2 working days.

Cost: £15.00

Applicable to small items such as bed linen, duvets, pillows, mattress protector and mattress toppers.

Delivery & Assembly by And So To Bed – Mattress & Divan Sets

Delivery time (if in stock): approx. 7 working days

Mainland England Delivery Service: £45.00

White Glove Assembly Service: £60.00

Applicable to mattress and divan sets.

Delivery & Assembly by And So To Bed - Large Items & Furniture

Delivery time (if in stock): approx. 7 working days

Mainland England Delivery Service: £45.00

White Glove Assembly Service: £95.00

Applicable to furniture that requires assembly by the Company such as beds, furniture and larger items.

The delivery charges stated above and throughout the site apply to England - excluding Wales & Scotland. An additional £100 is added on for these regions. If you require delivery beyond this area please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements.

Collection & Recycling 

£45 Per Item

We ask that furniture & beds are fully dismantled and ready for removal.

Regional Delivery Charges

Our Distrubtion Centre is based in the South East of England. Additional delivery charges and extended lead times may occur depending on where you're located in the country:

   England - no additional charge.

   Scotland and Wales - £100 online.

For Scotland - please contact our Glasgow Showroom for local costs.

For North Wales - please contact our Manchester Showroom for local costs.

For South Wales - please contact our Bristol Showroom for local costs.

   Northern Ireland - shipping quote on request.

For Northern Ireland (and Dublin) - please contact JJ.Pierson for local costs.
